This house was built and named with two things in the mind: First and foremost the land upon which it stands and secondly, its purpose. It is built on land that was part of Rhives Farm of Rosehaugh Estate and it is in a dell at the edge of woodland and amidst rolling farmland.

Rhivendell is a genuinely spectacular architect designed house in a stunning secluded, rural location on the lovely Black Isle. All this combines to makes this a fantastic holiday home. The views from the huge windows across the burn and garden are a delight as well as making this a wonderfully light house where the outside becomes part of the inside. Its perfect for whatever you like to do while on holiday.

The ground floor offers open plan living with kitchen and dining areas flowing into the living areas. It is wonderfully stylish home with solid wood floors, a great wood burning stove and very clean, bright modern feel.

A separate TV / snug is ideal for children and ensures you retain a peaceful living area and there are two bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and the glorious master bedroom with its en suite bathroom being located at one end of the house.
